We completed our trip about a month ago after traveling around 5k miles in our motorhome (2003 Rambler Cummins ISC 8.3). After having your product installed, we immediately recognized a smoother, better starting, more powerful motorhome. Additionally, probably the most important to me, was the comfort knowing that I would always have a positive fuel supply feeding the main injector pump! Since the stock design injector pump draws or sucks the fuel from the tank, which is about 30 ft away, the AirDog pump removes this design flaw by providing fuel under pressure, which is a great thing! Another benefit is picking up about 2 additional lbs of turbo boost, which is always a plus. Overall, a GREAT product that I would highly recommend! Thanks again. P.S. Lance and his team are KEEPERS! My Coach is a 2001 Holiday Rambler Endeavor with the ISC engine, the Cummins 8.3 liter. This is similar to several Monaco models of that time period. Our first significant travel since installation of the AirDog system was in November and December 2021. From NC to Northern VA at Thanksgiving and then NC to Southern Florida and back in early January. Probably 3,000 miles on the system. First, the coach performed flawlessly the entire trip. Of course we did a few miles test run before hitting the road to check for issues like any leaks, etc. Your kit is excellent and instructions are straight forward. When I did have questions, Lance was always quick to get back to me. The technical aspects of the installation were not difficult, but getting to some of the connections was, due to the tight quarters (trying to get two 1″ open end wrenches on JIC fittings where you could barely get one hand into). My installation was probably ideal as the AirDog went directly where the previous primary fuel filter was and I was able to use the existing fuel lines. They were Parker hydraulic hoses and are in good shape in spite of the coach being 20 years old. Improvements are smoother idling, better acceleration, and although I need more data on fuel consumption to make a firm claim, we got 10 mpg on the return trip from Florida towing our Jeep. I installed the AirDog system myself on a motorhome. I have noticed a smoother engine idle, improvement in fuel mileage, reduced engine start time, downshift further up on hills than before, and top the hill at higher speeds. I have a tendency to stop at the same fuel stops when repeating our trips from the previous year. I have completed two different trips, both in excess of 1,200 miles. At each stop, I noticed that it was taking fewer gallons to fill. When I returned home, I compared my receipts to the previous year and confirmed this to be correct. Also, crank time when starting the engine has reduced, so it takes less time for the engine to start. Another improvement is hill climbing - on long grades, I have noticed I get further up before the automatic transmission is downshifting to a lower gear and I top the hill at higher speeds. I think it is also important to note that I would not have purchased this system had it not been for the information and assistance provided by your tech support. Mike G. The last three years of operating my 2010 550 hp ISX with a FASS, my average economy was 7.2. I was hoping to have some fuel increase from switching to the AirDog, but couldn't imagine the actual gains I was going to receive. I have been in the trucking industry for over 20 years and currently operate a 1993 KW with a N14. My runs are coast to coast in Canada at 118,000 lbs and the 48 states loaded at 80,000 lbs with an average mpg of 5.5. (With the AirDog), it now is 6.0 mpg and gained 25 hp. After installing Champ units on two of our Peterbilts with Cummins ISX 450 hp, we have seen a fuel mileage increase of 0.4 mpg. Since then, we have installed the Champs on our whole fleet.
