I have had fuel preporators on my trucks since the early 1990’s. My 2003 C15 Cat went from 5.4 mpg to 6.2 mpg and with the 4G pump, it is holding at 6.5 mpg. Plus, I have over 50,000 miles on the AirDog microglass fuel filter and is still going.
