Returns & Refunds
Include all original packaging, manuals, components, and ancillary materials in order to avoid being charged for any missing or damaged components.
Refunds will be given on parts only. Labor and/or installation costs, shipping, or any other charges are excluded. All parts must be returned in the original package, cannot be damaged or used/installed, and must be in original new condition. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a restocking fee, as outlined above. A copy of the original sale invoice is required for any returns, adjustments, or warranty coverage.
When packaging your parts for return shipment, write the RMA number on the outside of the box in large, easily visible letters, and include a copy of the original sale invoice in the package.
