This AirDog® Champ™ II is a spin-on high-pressure fuel air separator, specific to CAT engines with secondary filters for cat filtration. This system provides the same benefits as the Champ™, by removing entrained air and vapor before entering the fuel injection system, as well as offering a simple spin-on installation, mounting easily to the OEM secondary fuel filter head. This system includes: (1) AirDog® Champ™ II, (1) CAT 1R-0749 or 1R-0750 Fuel Filter, (1) Return Line Hose Assembly, and (1) CAT Engine-Specific Fitting Kit (all fittings needed in most cases).
Optional Performance Upgrade Kit – Caterpillar Secondary Fuel System Upgrade Kit: Part # UPG-CAFS or UPG-CAFS40 (40-pin ECM) for maximum performance for Caterpillar® 3406E, C10-13, C15, C16, & C18 engines.
