When pulling the hills in Missouri I had always thought this Pete could beat anyone to the top, but after the AirDog there is no doubt it will be the first!

I purchased the AirDog in hopes to increase my fuel mileage; with little to no increase at first and became skeptical right away. After speaking with their Tech support we worked back through the installation to find the issues and now I have gained performance and a 0.5 mpg that the truck never had!

After running another product and not seeing any improvement I found out about the AirDog. I could not believe the difference and how advanced the product was. Power and longevity of the engine was more important to me than the .3 mpg increase but the fuel savings is great.

I have had Fuel Preporators on my trucks since the early 1990's. My C15 Cat went form 5.4 mpg to 6.2 mpg and with the 4G pump it is holding at 6.5 mpg. Plus, I have over 50,000 miles on the AirDog Microglass fuel filter and is still going.

Lorenzo C

I put my first Fuel Preporator on my 1997 E Model Cat. It worked great, increased fuel mileage and great power. I got a new AirDog 4G system for my 2003 C16. Love all the new features. Can't believe 30,000 miles on a filter and a C16 getting 6.5+ mpg. You gotta own an AirDog to experience it.

Right after installing the AirDog on my 2005 C15, I noticed the power difference compared to before plus there was a gain of 0.5mpg on my heavy loads and a full 1.0mpg with lighter ones. My wife and I are really pleased with the AirDog as we waited a few months before buying it but wished we would have bought it sooner. It just makes sense as it pays for itself in just a few months.

This C15 runs smoother, pulls harder and has over all more power that it never had before.

After installing the Fuel Preporator (AirDog) on my C15, the last 7022 mile trip was an average of 6.02 and I have seen 7.34 on a 3601 mile run. Sometimes I think I should stop and pull the hood to see if it is really a Cat Bridge Engine in my KW! The performance and ease is very impressive when pulling the hills.

I pull big heavy loads, up to 120,000 pounds, with my C15 Acert. Before AirDog I was getting 2.3 MPG. With my new AirDog I'm getting 5.5 MPG and loaded heavy 6.5 + MPG on (80,000 lb) light load. I drive easy, but AirDog has still done wonders for power and fuel economy for my Cat.

Paul K
2006 Kenworth tractor #210 with a C13 Cat engine, the AirDog Fuel Preporator was installed on 5/1/08. The results in fuel savings are 10.70% the driver stated the truck is quieter, starts easier, runs smoother and has more power. His quote,' it makes pulling a heavy load feel like a light load."

The AirDog Fuel Preporator lets my Cat C15 deliver the consistent power I need to haul quarter million pound loads, I depend on it.

After some time of use, we noticed a loud growling sound that we thought as coming from the (AirDog) unit. We were advised to by-pass the AirDog then send it in for warranty. Immediately after removing it we found out it was not the AirDog but our factory Cat transfer pump that quit. Thank you AirDog for getting me home.

We have been taking my Cat to the dealer fro years on a running issue and that entire time no on e could fix it. Immediately after installation the motor idled better and was more responsive, the very first run I gained .8 mpg and the power gained was amazing. Plus the problem I put up with for years was cured! Everyone needs to know about this product.

Idle quality is much smoother plus the engine makes much more power from idle all the way to redline. The mileage has gone up .6 to .7 as an average and I see 30,000 miles out of a fuel filter. Love this product!

Zack W
Murchison, TX
Zack usually drives about 125,000 miles annually and used about 29,761 gallons of fuel. After the AirDog was installed my fuel use dropped to 24,038 gallons! My mpg pulling my Bull Rack before putting the AirDog on was 4.1 to 4.3, now I get 5.2 and have seen up to 5.7 with no wind and 70-75,000 lbs. Plus my manifold pressure went fro 27 to 33 psi and my exhaust temps dropped from 825 down to 650. The truck puts out less smoke and idles much smoother. 1986 359 Pete with a 1994 3406C Mechanical Cat

After installing Champ units on two of our Peterbuilts with Cummins IXS 450 hp we realized a fuel mileage increase of 0.4 mpg. Since then we have installed the Champs on our whole fleet. Our trucks are mostly California team trucks. With the miles that our trucks run we are seeing a savings of around 175.00 per week per truck at today’s fuel prices.

I have been in the trucking industry for over 20 years and currently operated a 1993 KW with a N14. My runs are coast to coast in Canada at 118,000 lbs and the 48 states loaded at 80,000 lbs with an average mpg of 5.5, it now is 6.0 and gained 25hp. The engine runs smoother and great acceleration! If you enjoy top performance or think you've forgotten what performance was then Fuel Preporator is the way to go!

Wish I would have purchased the AirDog sooner! I've picked up 0.4 of a mile per gallon since installing the AirDog. Love your product!

Buck has had Fuel Preporator (AirDog) on his trucks, with great success, for 12 years. He added an AirDog to his ISX15 Common Rail Cummins, about 3 months ago. After installing the AirDog he has realized an increase in fuel economy from 4.5-4.8mpg to 5.4-5.8mpg. Additionally, he has experienced a reduction in usage of about 10%.

Charlie L

Right after it was installed there was an immediate change in the engine performance; less down shifting, less smoke and overall more power. I had to relearn how to drive it with the extra power and my first tank went from 6.87 to 7.41. Even if there was no mileage gain, I had no plans on returning this before the 90 days just for the performance that was gained. Lunch for the AirDog team is on me!

Our AirDog test shows an increase of .51mpg or a daily savings of $27.15, this equates to over $7000 annually.

No longer have to down shift going up hills in my area. Engine is extremely quiet compared to before the AirDog.

The last three years of operating my 2010 550hp ISX with a FASS, my average economy was 7.2. I was hoping to have some fuel increase from switching to the AirDog but couldn't imagine the actual gains I was going to receive. My fuel economy, with the AirDog has jumped to 8.5-9.1, plus the Micro Processor filter monitor separator. Way to go AirDog!

We installed the Air Dog fuel air separation unit on our customers 500 Detroit 60 series. We had previously installed a K&N filter, Bully dog heavy duty gauge tuner and a Bully dog exhaust manifold which brought the customers fuel mileage from 5.4 up to 6.2mpg and overall horsepower up to 550 and 1811 fp of torque. Once making a run on our chassis dyno we quickly realized how much was gained by installing the Air Dog system. HP went to 569 and torque jumped to a staggering 1888 fp. The customer then left out on his first run of 3000 miles just to return and report even more gains regarding the fuel mileage.it now sits at 6.7 mpg so overall gains after the installation were. 19 hp, 77 ft/pds torque and .5mpg fuel mileage improvement.

After updating to the new 4G-HD AirDog I picked up an additional .5 mpg over the original increases. We are truly impressed with the product and telling everyone about it.

Directly after installation the typical gains were not as noticeable. The team drivers left for California from Oklahoma City with a prior average fuel mileage of 6.8. After returning from CA, the new average was 7.8 and a new all time high for this rig! We are also monitoring the DPF Regeneration and will have additional factual data in lowering the amount of cycles needed.

On the morning of 8/1/13 the 4G HD AirDog was installed on our customers 500 Series 60. We previously installed a K&N filter, BullyDog Heavy Duty Gauge Tuner, and a BullyDog exhaust manifold to bring the customers fuel mileage to 5.4 up to 6.2 and overall hp of 550 and 1811 torque. Once making a run on our Dyno we quickly realized how much gains the AirDog makes. Horsepower went to 569 and torque jumped to a staggering 1888. The customer then left on his first run of 3000 miles just to return and report more gains regarding the fuel mileage, it now sits at 6.7 mpg. So overall improvements were 19 hp 77 torque, and a 0.5 mpg increase!

Bought my first AirDog (Fuel Preporator) on February 12, 2013. I have a 1997 Series 60 Detroit that was getting only 5.5 mpg. After installing the AirDog my fuel mileage increased to an unbelievable 7.1 mpg! I would recommend the AirDog to everyone!

Installed the AirDog in the fall of 2006, current average mpg was 6.0. After the installation there was a gain of .5 mpg and and enormous power gain. "The first trip felt like a race car."

Ken S
Loogootee, IN
Original MPG was 6.8 average, after the installation of the AirDog Ken achieved 7.99 average.

Dennis B
Sioux Falls, SD
Dennis was witnessing constant reoccurring engine codes, fuel de-rating and low power. After the installation of the AirDog, none of these problems have reoccurred. The engine regained the power it was designed to have and picked up .2 to .3 mpg. Plus Dennis has completely eliminated any air locking during filter changes and has over 35 thousand miles on the fuel filter.

I have seen great fuel mileage improvements as my prior average fuel consumption was in the mid 6's. My last two tanks were 7.2 and 7.9 which is the most I have ever gotten!

Lonnie B
Bartlett, IL
Now after I installed my AirDog, my last 800 mile fill, I got 7.4 mpg. Current fuel mileage is up .4 mpg. Lonnie had the truck in a Volvo shop, the shop service manager commented about how smooth the engine sounded. He was quite impressed. Lonnie says he is shifting much less now with the Fuel Preporator II AirDog installed.

Our utility truck was at best making it through the work day; we were looking for something to help with low power. After the installation of the AirDog we found an enormous gain in power and I can't stop grinning every time I drive it. You may not need this kind of power to get from one job to the next when cutting grass, but you do need it when delivering heavy loads over hilly streets and highways to customers. AirDog gives you the power to get there on schedule and reduce fuel costs at the same time!

Shannon W

There is a noticeable difference on acceleration and especially when driving on the open road. Highway driving was getting 19 mpg. Now with the AirDog he is getting 23 mpg.
