Many Volvo and Mack Trucks are factory-equipped with a spin-on water separator on the secondary fuel filter housing (attached at the driver’s side of the engine). When installing the AirDog® Heavy Duty Diesel Fuel System on Volvo or Mack engines, you are installing a high-quality water separator, in addition to superior particulate filtration. It is not necessary to run dual water separators; AirDog® HD has offered an inexpensive solution to cap off the water separator side of the secondary fuel filter housing. Our high-quality machined and anodized aluminum Water Separator Replacement Cap quickly and easily replaces the spin-on water separator when installing the AirDog® system.
