Many Volvo and Mack Trucks are factory-equipped with a spin-on water separator on the secondary fuel filter housing (attached at the driver’s side of the engine). When installing the AirDog® Heavy Duty Diesel Fuel System on Volvo or Mack engines, you are installing a high-quality water separator, in addition to superior particulate filtration.
