Right after installing the AirDog on my 2005 Cat C15, I noticed the power difference compared to before, plus there was a gain of 0.5 mpg on my heavy loads and a full 1.0 mpg with lighter ones. My wife and I are really pleased with the AirDog as we waited a few months before buying it, but wished we would have bought it sooner. It just makes sense as it pays for itself in just a few months. 2007 Cat C15 After installing the AirDog on my C15, the last 7,022 mile trip was an average of 6.02 and I have seen 7.34 on a 3,601 mile run. I have had fuel preporators on my trucks since the early 1990’s. My 2003 C15 Cat went from 5.4 mpg to 6.2 mpg and with the 4G pump, it is holding at 6.5 mpg. Plus, I have over 50,000 miles on the AirDog microglass fuel filter and is still going. Don K. Phoenix, AZ

I put my first fuel preporator on my 1997 E Model Cat. It worked great, increased fuel mileage and great power. I got a new AirDog 4G system for my 2003 Cat C16. Love all the new features. 2003 Cat C15 After running another product and not seeing any improvement, I found out about the AirDog. I could not believe the difference and how advanced the product was. Cat C15 I purchased the AirDog in hopes to increase my fuel mileage; with little to no increase at first and became skeptical right away. The City of Huntington Beach Fire Department has installed six AirDog units onto our Pierce Arrow XT engines with Cat C13 power plants. We were having problems with fuel injectors failing due the amount of heat and significant fuel aeration in the fuel delivery system. Much of the problem was determined to be caused due to the distance between the fuel tank and the transfer pump. We reached out to PureFlow Technologies to see if they had a transfer pump that could be incorporated into the existing system near the fuel tank. They advised me about their AirDog system designed for our exact problem. Since we have installed the AirDog systems, we have had no signs of injector seal issues and no injector failures. In addition to having a quality product, the staff at PureFlow Technologies have been very supportive and are very knowledgeable about today’s fuel delivery systems and their inherent problems with aeration.
