Done Wonders for Power and Fuel Economy

I pull big heavy loads, up to 120,000 pounds, with my Cat C15 Acert. Before AirDog, I was getting 2.3 MPG. With my new AirDog, I’m getting 5.5 MPG loaded heavy and 6.5+ MPG on (80,000 lb) light load. I drive easy, but AirDog has still done wonders for power and fuel economy for my Cat. Ira J. Gilmer, TX

I’m Satisfied

Purchased Champ II in June 2020 and installed myself on 2002 T-800 Kenworth with Cat C15 engine. Have noticed better throttle response, especially once the fuel got lower in the tanks – it remains constant. After 6 months, I have seen 2/10 of a gallon increase or roughly 4% increase in fuel mileage. I also noticed quite an improvement in power. I’ve told a few of my friends about it and since I took so long to see just how much it changed, they tend to believe me. I’m satisfied. PDE Transportation Services Pete Elliott

I’m Impressed

2002 KW 6NZ Cat Last month (July 2020), I got an increase of about 18% but that can be due to tailwinds, light loads, or a multitude of things, but since I keep good track of my mileage and like to average it over a six month period or so, I’ll let you know in December just how much it has changed. So far, I’m impressed. PDE Transportation Services Pete Elliott

Many Benefits Gained

1986 359 Pete with 1994 3406C Mechanical Cat I usually drive about 125,000 miles annually and use about 29,761 gallons of fuel. After the AirDog was installed, my fuel use dropped to 24,038 gallons! My mpg pulling my Bull Rack before putting the AirDog on was 4.1-4.3, now I get 5.2 and have seen up to 5.7 with no wind and 70-75,000 lbs. Plus, my manifold pressure went from 27 to 33 psi and my exhaust temps dropped from 825 down to 650. The truck puts out less smoke and idles much smoother. Zack W. Murchison, TX

Makes Pulling A Heavy Load Feel Like A Light Load

2006 Kenworth Tractor with Cat C13 With the AirDog installed, the results in fuel savings are 10.70%. The driver stated the truck is quieter, starts easier, runs smoother and has more power. His quote, “it makes pulling a heavy load feel like a light load.” Advanced Fluid Systems Paul K.

Pays For Itself

Right after installing the AirDog on my 2005 Cat C15, I noticed the power difference compared to before, plus there was a gain of 0.5 mpg on my heavy loads and a full 1.0 mpg with lighter ones. My wife and I are really pleased with the AirDog as we waited a few months before buying it, but wished we would have bought it sooner. It just makes sense as it pays for itself in just a few months. Performance and Ease Is Very Impressive

2007 Cat C15 After installing the AirDog on my C15, the last 7,022 mile trip was an average of 6.02 and I have seen 7.34 on a 3,601 mile run. Sometimes I think I should stop and pull the hood to see if it is really a Cat Bridge Engine in my KW! The performance and ease is very impressive when pulling the hills. Doug and Beverly B. On My Trucks Since Early 1990s

I have had fuel preporators on my trucks since the early 1990’s. My 2003 C15 Cat went from 5.4 mpg to 6.2 mpg and with the 4G pump, it is holding at 6.5 mpg. Plus, I have over 50,000 miles on the AirDog microglass fuel filter and is still going. Don K. Phoenix, AZ

You Gotta Own An AirDog

I put my first fuel preporator on my 1997 E Model Cat. It worked great, increased fuel mileage and great power. I got a new AirDog 4G system for my 2003 Cat C16. Love all the new features. Can’t believe 30,000 miles on a filter and a C16 getting 6.5+ mpg. You gotta own an AirDog to experience it. Lorenzo C. Weldona, CO
